Alchemy
This session is a fusion of massage techniques customized for you at the time of your treatment. These techniques may include deep tissue work, breath-work, acupressure, and/or energy work. You and your therapist can co-create your session so that your body may receive the work it needs.

Chinese Fire Cupping
This traditional Chinese therapy is used to eliminate stagnation by bringing fresh blood to the area being cupped. This session is combined with massage techniques that will allow for more freedom of movement and a feeling of openness. This treatment can be an effective alternative to deep tissue therapy.

Corporate Chair Massage
Gift your staff with a de-stressing chair massage during a lunch break or office party. This brief, convenient massage session will uplift one's mood by releasing endorphins, increasing alertness and assisting healing of the nervous system. Sessions are performed with the client fully clothed and no oil or lotion is necessary. Your staff will love it! A 60- minute minimum is required for booking.

Heated Stone Therapy
This deeply relaxing and grounding treatment flawlessly incorporates heated stones into our Alchemy massage. The stones’ solidity, smoothness and deep heat work to encourage the release of physical and emotional tension.

Light Foot Treatment
A pampering and therapeutic treatment for the feet that begins with a brisk dry brushing, an exfoliating salt polish and hydrating paraffin treatment. Your soft and glowing tootsies will then melt into a 30-minute massage session.

Maternity Massage
Receiving massage during pregnancy increases immunity, decreases fatigue and swelling, uplifts your mood and relaxes your body and baby. You will receive your massage while lying in the “Prego Pillow”, where you can safely lye face up and down during your massage. 60 minutes $80

Myofacial Release
This work is designed to access the connective tissue to release toxins, and chronic tension. It allows for the slow release of a muscle so that the body may unwind gently, though completely, without force.

Reiki
Reiki is a hands on healing technique that utilizes a flow of spiritually guided life-force energy. Reiki works with the client’s own energy to allow both subtle and deep healing to occur. This session is extremely relaxing and can be done with the client fully clothed.

Our gentle, yet deeply renewing facial treatment moves and freshens the blood and lymph in the face and neck, thoroughly cleanses the pores, exfoliates dead skin and re-hydrates your newly unveiled cells. Your products will be chosen according to your skins condition at the time of your session.

Feel confident in that backless dress or swimsuit after experiencing our rejuvenating back facial. It includes everything in our “Fresh” facial session, only performed on the back.

Clear your Head

EarCandling
A technique used throughout history to loosen blockages in the superficial inner ear. The herbal smoke is said to clear nerve endings, and enhance the senses. This treatment is deeply nurturing and relaxing and can be done fully clothed.

Accupressure Head Massage
 This point massage to the head and face relaxes and moves stagnant and over stimulated energy in the skull and facial meridian lines. This session will leave you feeling lighter, brighter, and ready for your next experience. The client may remain fully clothed for this treatment.

The Essential Wrap
This lavishly aromatic treatment begins with our dry skin brushing to remove dead cells. Your customized essential oil blend is then applied from neck to toes. You are comfortably swaddled and kept warm while your therapist performs our Acupressure head massage or Reiki. These precious, organic oils are absorbed into the skin and then into the blood. You’ll arise with your skin glowing and toned and your spirit nurtured.

The Salt of the Earth
Our secret recipe of organic essential oils and exotic salt will bring your skin and energy field back to life. After being gently buffed with this synergistic blend, a therapeutic cellulite minimizing oil will be applied with concentration to the thighs and buttocks.

Urban Eagle Herbal Wrap
 This beautiful and unique treatment is effective relief for a sluggish system. 100% cotton linen wraps are lovingly steeped in an herbal tea blend specifically designed for lymph drainage. The client is then wrapped and receives a Reiki session or our Acupressure Head Massage. This session is a great beginning to a lifestyle change or an internal cleanse.

Spa Etiquette



Booking Procedure
 A credit card is taken at the time of booking to hold your reservation. You may pay for services with another form of payment if you wish; including visa, mc, a check (with proper i.d.) or cash.

Preparation For Your Treatment
Shaving is not recommended prior to body treatments. Please remove contacts before any facial treatment.

What Do I Bring?
Come as you are. We have robes and sandals if you need them. It is always nice to have comfortable, clean clothes to change into after any spa treatment.

Upon Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your session so that you may fill out your intake form, have a beverage and decompress. Please turn off your cell phones and pagers so that you and other spa guests are not distracted from your spa therapy sessions.

Cancellation Policy & Late Arrivals
If you need to cancel your appointment, we must receive the cancellation request within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Any late cancellations will incur a 50% charge of all services scheduled. If you arrive late, the length of your treatment will be reduced, allowing your therapist to take their next scheduled appointment on time.

Gratuities
Gratuities are appreciated though not expected. If you do wish to “tip”, an 18% gratuity would reflect good service.
