Private Fitness Training
A one on one session at your home, gym or office. The first step to
getting started is scheduling a
complimentary consultation to assess your current
health and fitness needs. A program will then be designed specifically
for you. This may include strength training, weight loss management, flexibility training, cardiovascular work,
body sculpting, and nutritional guidance.
One 50-minute session per week: $70
Two 50-minute sessions per week: $120
Three 50-minute sessions per week: $160
Group Fitness Training
Depending on the health and fitness status of your group, a group
fitness session will be customized for the occasion. This class may be a
boot camp at the beach, a circuit training session at the gym or
cardiovascular strength training class. Any group size is possible.
$15 per student (4 person minimum)
Private Yoga
A one on one session with a yoga therapist will help you get the
special attention you need whether you are a novice or want to fine tune
your downward dog. Your session will be customized to suit your needs.
One 60-minute session per week: $75
Two 60-minute sessions per week: $130
Three 60-minute sessions per week: $170
Group Yoga
Enjoy the energy of a class in the privacy of your home, at our
studio, on a lunch break at the office, or at a local park or beach. Any
group size is possible.
$15 per student (4 person minimum)
